A short drive to familiarize with the vehicle and the country. The last section of the drive will be through challenging dirt roads. You’ll be staying at the edge of the Amazon forest surrounded by colorful mountains and rainforest.

Continue your journey further south through winding roads and steadily rising altitude. Retrace the final steps of Che Guevara along the Ruta del Che.

A long transit towards Sucre, the capital & world heritage site. Initially drive through scenic dirt roads and then join the winding tarmac roads.

A short day to recover from the long drive on the previous day. Drive along the scenic and winding roads through the highlands of Bolivia. Potosi is home to one of the largest silver mines in the world and is also the highest cities in the world.

Continue the journey through the Andean highlands crossing few high-altitude passes. A strategic stopover at the edge of the salt flats before heading further south towards the most arid desert in the world.

A long day of driving heading south towards Siloli Desert and some of the most iconic places of Eduardo Avaroa Reserve. The desert is covered with volcanoes and isolated rocky formations. You’ll drive further south towards Laguna Colorado - a lake with red hues and teeming with flamingos.

You’ll start descending as you head north towards the southern edge of the salt flats. Driving along majestic mountains and remote and expansive desert. Your first experience of driving on a salt flat will be at Chiguana - located near the Chile border.

You’ll embark on the most epic day of the expedition crossing the world’s largest Salt Flats. Finding the words to describe this experience is no easy task. Its truly a unique and awe-inspiring experience in the world, which must be seen to be believed. You’ll stop along the way to visit some of the most interesting landscapes and fascinating natural wonders that are not found anywhere else on the planet.

We bid adieu to the salt flats and head north towards the cultural capital of Bolivia. This day is more of a transit day as the next day, we will head into the remote mountains of Araca for one final adventure.

One of the most interesting and deadliest mountain roads in the world awaits us. Narrow, winding high-altitude dirt roads that will take you into some of the most uncharted Bolivian landscape. You will be crossing the highest point of the expedition today - 5000 m.

The ultimate day of our expedition will take you through the winding roads along the remote villages and emerge into the world highest capital - La Paz. We have planned the farewell dinner to bid adieu to Bolivia.
